Putting Adsense/YPN! to all your pages is a common thing for everyone, where you put it is the main issue. When you surf the web you’ll see many different area’s where websites have their Adsense or YPN! placed at, common area’s are the header and footer. Many other places are on the side panels - If your navigation bar is on your left, then your ads go on the right or vice-versa. Now if your navigation is on your header, usually the ad is placed below and then the footer.
Make sure you follow Google’s and Yahoo’s program policies before you decide to place to many ads on one page.
The best and effective way to get good results out of your ads is by having a website with good text content such as “News, Website Updates, Blogs, Merchandise” and so on. As we all know, contextual advertisement relies on “TEXT” - Use as many words you can post in your news updates or blog and you’ll see great results.
- Constantly Feed your visitors:
- Fresh New News
- Links, links, links
- Do-not mix advertisement
- Do not post too many ads
- Give them news that’ll always be there when they come looking for it.
- last but not least, if your opening a blog or a Website that provides news, please keep it up to date, reasons like so will keep people coming back for more,
then comes the benefits right around the corner.
