Hello everyone!
I know, I’ve been gone for quite a while now…no blogging no updates from me anywhere on the web except My Flicker Account. I apologize for the slacking here on B4P I just been really busy with work and traveling. getting ready for the holidays is critical for all of us but it pays in the end.
Coming soon I’ll be posting more tips on Graphics (aka photoshop and Lightroom), Advertising (how to get the word out) and basic everyday tips on blogging and marketing.

Okay Guys/ Gals here it is, Grafix Lounge Contest 2007 #1
I call it “The Grafix Lounge Triathlon”
Reason I call it “Triathlon” is because you’ll all be in teams of 3 in 3 stages for this contest.
3 stages
Each member will have the pleasure to participate on their own time depending on what stage they’re best at, such as “designing”, “HTML” and picking out the image and thinking of the content to develop and publish your submission.
Here I will explain the details of the contest, as I stated before you will all pick a partner and make teams of 3 for all 3 stages
Subject: Design an effective online advertisement that’ll want to make people want to buy you product. Choose what you’ll sell and make the ad.
all 3 people will be put to the challenge.
1st person will collaborate with the other 2 in their team and sketch out a plan.
The image, the design, the message = the advertisement!
2nd person, with the help of his/her teamates will design the ad and then pass it down to the next stage.

Please be sure to design this with a 300 DPI ready for print format also. Part of the prize will be a print of your winning design courtesy of The Grafix Lounge Staff
3rd person will then take the design and code it into HTML, making this an online advertisement for the public eye.
You can post as many designs as you like, just as long as it remains within the same team(s).
