Opening up the New Year of 2009 I will like to wish everyone that comes here to B4P a Happy and Safe New Year, may all your resolutions come easy and clean 
My first goodie here up for review is a new toy I received known as the LastoLite EZYBox for Off Camera Flashes. Have to order this off Camera Flash has helped me allot. Considering that I don’t travel with most of my lighting equipment to basic shoots having the EZYBox has worked wonders for me along with my 5-in-1 Reflector by Westcott.
The product quality is excellent! Especially with my Canon 580EX ii Speedlight.
It produces soft light as promised. The only problem is that it is quite small to be used for full portrait body shots or for wider portrait shots in a single click. You would obviously need another box or a larger one to get the fill you desire. The thing I like of this product is that it’s so light, so easy to travel with…fold, place in its bag and go, that is all it takes.
The one you see shown here in the picture above is the 15″x15″. Great for carrying around, and great for holding over head for shots by an assistant. If your looking to get a Softlight box for your Speedlight I will highly recommend the EZYBox by Lastolite.

Another goodie I have here up for review is the BlackRapid easy to use Rapid R-Strap. Comfortable and faster shooting at it’s best.
On other reviews online you will find the many different “DIY R-Straps”, but I highly recommend breaking the photography piggy bank and splurge on yourself and get the real deal!
Not only did the creator of the R-Strap Ronald Dean Henry take the time to help us out and experience a much more comfortable way to shoot, but Ron also created 2 other versions of the Rapid R-Strap for those that need to carry along their cell phones and memory cards right within the strap itself.
Cool feature about the R-Strap is that it not only does well for the traveling shutter bug like our selves but I would highly recommend it for the for Military Officials also. The R-Strap will and can make it comfortable for those out on the field with an uncomfortable Rifle or Fully Automatic Weapon attached to their chest. The Rapid R-Strap will make it easier to grab and aim at the subject in sight.
