    You are a Pisces, not a Pieces.

    This image deserves the most hilarious and the sign maker, the most corny/attempt-to-be-funny/illiterate sign maker.

    Cancer, is a disease/medical condition, not quite the equivalent of a astrological sign, although they are spelt the same.
